Moving to EasyHostSolutions was like coming out of a very dark room in the
light of day. There are some many options available it almost seemed hard
to start. But my move over was done and up in a week and most of that
time was my fault for being scared to pull the trigger. Support is very
positive, even dumb questions get treated with respect. You actually do
get email support in the middle of the night (I am writing this at 1:32AM
on a Sunday the week before Christmas) I have even asked them to call me
to talk about an issue and they did. You have access to an 800 number as
part of support. Billing is also very clear and clean and available
on-line. This company wants to grow by treating their customers right, I will bring
them more business if I can.
